    Placed an order to be delivered on a certain date, but it got misplaced and sent out a day late. The employee included a box of chocolates to rectify the delay, which was kind, but the order did not include the small stuffed animal I had also paid for. I dont resent them and will probably use them again, but I wish it was a bit more organized of a first impression for me.

    I called on Thursday 12/19 night to order flowers for my wedding that was gonna be the 21st. I had forgotten to order them . The girl who answered the phone was so helpful. I told her my fiance wanted yellow roses in my bouquet and I needed 3 bootiners and a corsage. And told her she had free reign to make them as she wanted. We picked them up Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

    I cannot say enough about this business. I live in Ohio and my son and daughter n law are out in Colorado as he is serving in the military. I have used this company several times in sharing happy occasions and they have not disappointed! They offered to do that, Avs offered an option to upgrade If I'd accept deliver the day after. Accepted the upgrade, and the bouquet cabs this afternoon. Beautiful, large bouquet with additional lilies and greenery. A large arrangement my mom loves. Thanks for making her day, even if it turned out to be a day later.

    Started off bad. I didn't get the balloons. But then I got a call about the balloon mistake. They fix it buy refunding me my money and a apology. I will definitely use this flower shop again. The flowers are a good quality. And the service is awesome. Thank you. The wife love the flowers.

    I bought my wife an arrangement for Valentine’s Day. The store was accurate for timing with pick up and there were no delays. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and perfect. My wife absolutely loved them. Before my wife got them, men at her work were trying to buy them off my friend for $250 lmao that’s how nice they were.     The flowers were beautiful and my mother loved them. Thank you! She also told me how kind the delivery person was. I found this florist a few years ago when I was in a bind: I had placed an order for Mother's Day with a big on line company, and the Friday before I received an email that the flowers were not going to be delivered. I called He Loves Me! Flowers the day before Mothers Day and explained my dilemma. They were able to take my order and deliver the flowers on time. As long as I need flowers in Colorado Springs I will use He Loves Me! Flowers. The service cannot be beat.

    It's always difficult ordering floral arrangements from afar, but I cannot say enough about the beautiful flowers He Loves Me!     Though the flower arrangement was beautiful, it didn't look like the arrangement I picked. The spring bouquet was supposed to be altered, having orange lilies replaced with white. Also, the arrangement had no red in it at all as pictured which would have make the bouquet pop with all the yellow and purple. I wasn't 100% satisfied but will consider using them again. I did find their prices were a little higher than other florist I have used by $10-$15 more, which was another disappointment not to have it right, but prompt delivery.

    The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. My only issue is that the site doesn’t allow chocolate choices and the woman who received them is allergic to nuts.
