BEST GIFT EVER. Thank you. What a difference it made. My uncle cried. He had a heart attack and had very few visitors due to other sickness in the family. He loved the bear and took it with him everywhere. Flowers were gorgeous and lasted just over a week. We live in Utah and couldn't be there in person. There is a fee for everything it makes absolutely no sense. You pay less if you just walk in the store and pick something then with the convenience of online ordering. Once you pay for the flowers you then pay a service fee. This makes no sense, I’m buying the flowers then an addition charge for ordering online. This makes no sense. You own a flower shop not a jewelry store.

I am so impressed by this florist. I live in TN and sent arrangements to family members who were in Burlington for a hospital visit. One family member received a beautiful floral arrangement at her hotel, while the other received a plant basket at the hospital. Both were delivered the same day I ordered them; in fact, the plants were delivered to the hospital within one hour of ordering! Such quick service, despite the fact that area weather was pretty nasty at the time! And hospital delivery was free. I received photos of both orders from my family, and they were perfect!

On the day they were to arrive, I received no correspondence from Kathy & Co about the flowers all day and called at 4:00 pm as I was getting nervous they would not arrive. When I called, I received no update as to when they would arrive; just that they would arrive. On Feb 12th I ordered some flowers&chocolate for my GF and had them delivered.I was disappointed that the chocolates got left in the delivery persons car and my girlfriend never received them. I’m resubmitting this because I don’t see it on your site. I love your store. But I was very disappointed in the $200 Valentine’s arrangement you made me (ordered by my wife). It seemed more fitting for a bereavement rather than for Valentine’s Day. It was more gloomy than cheerful. The purple roses and flowers looked tired and the arrangement was filled with more greenery than flowers. And the small foam base seemed too small for everything that was stuffed in it and it was very difficult to water. I’m sorry to post this honest review, but this was a big miss.

Beautiful flower arrangement that stayed beautiful for a long time! Also, delivery was attempted and the recipient did not answer door. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with the understanding they would be a few days late. Got an email Thurs. saying they were delivered but mom did not receive them. Called and they immediately apologized, explained they had some technical difficulties (who isn't these days!) and would send them out today, as well as refund the delivery fee. Mom just sent me a picture - as always, they're gorgeous and she is very happy. Excellent customer service - I will be back!
