    After searching online, I found a modern white floral arrangement (my sister’s favourite) at Floral Elegance.     The arrangement that I had ordered could not be filled due to restrictions outside of the stores power. The woman at the store made multiple attempts to reach me, told me how she would fix the problem, refunded some money because there was a price difference - and made the receiver of the bouquet cry a little. WELL DONE!! You are amazing.
