    I am giving 4 stars because I know these guys normally do a great job like they have done for me in the past. However, this last order I decided to get the premium version of the desired bouquet assuming it would come in fuller than the standard option. The bouquet came in and was pretty, but almost entirely green and buds. The buds bloomed beautifully but never filled out. I spent well over $100 meanwhile my dad ordered from here and just asked for whatever they could do for $75 and got a much nicer and fuller arrangement. I would steer clear of the premium option for future reference

    I love Cauleys! We're in Colorado but have family there and have been sending flowers for Christmas, mothers day, birthdays etc. They have always done a fantastic job.     I have to comment on your customer service. My uncle passed away and I am in South Carolina. There was a miscommunication and I thought the wake was on Monday, I spoke to a family member and was told Tuesday. I called and spoke to a very nice young man and he changed it without a question. Today(Monday) I read calling hours are tonight! I callled the shop AGAIN to change days.     Once again Cauley's delivered the most gorgeous Poinsettia. I received in 12/12 and it is still healthy and vibrant. I have several people who send me flowers and have told them that if they are going to send them, only use Cauley's. You will not waste your money. You should see some of the sick, sad arrangements I have received from other florists. It made me feel awful that my loved ones wasted their money. Cauley's is the best!!!!

    Flowers are pricey no matter where you shop. I usually do 800 flowers or sometimes pop in last minute to a florist to pickup whatever they have in stock. For once, I ordered ahead.     most of the flowers are still decent 6 days later. One of the types of flowers went by much faster than the traditional roses that are still left but they were very beautiful for 2-3 days. Changed water every other day. Maybe should have changed every day.
