Service was outstanding. I' out of state and needed to order flowers for a funeral. The lady promptly called me to me that some flowers as advertised were out of season and if it was OK to replace them for some others in season. The call was appreciated and the arrangement was delivered on time.

The flowers I received for Mother's Day were beautiful as they always are! You do such a good job. I recently attended the funeral of Becky Boyd. You did the blanket on her casket and it was absolutely gorgeous!!

I was disappointed that the birthday balloon was already deflating and that the flowers ordered were not available. Our daughter was okay with the flower substitutes but a deflated balloon for her birthday? Very disappointing.

I just ordered a 10" plant for a funeral with only 5 hours notice. Angela was not there, but Karen was very helpful and said it would be delivered on time. I would recommend The New Blossom Shop to anyone for any occasion.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered an arrangement online for a new baby boy. The shop called me the next day to let me know they did not have exactly what was pictured online. They didn’t quite hit the mark of my expectations. However, when I contacted the owner (Angela), she went out of her way to “make it right”. She sent the new mom and dad two very nice gifts for the baby.
