Overall, Disappointing experience. Contacted a friend for a florist rec/wanted to go local. Then when I placed my order there was an additional charge for an outside service added? Also, flowers were not delivered when I was told, they were a day late with no explanation. Heard they were nice, but will probably go elsewhere next time

We are sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. We received your order January 10th around noon and the arrangement was delivered that afternoon. As for the extra charge, you placed the order through a third party who charges for their services. To avoid the extra processing fee you can call us directly.

We are so sorry that you were unhappy with your flowers. We do not deliver to the Dixon Iowa area and so we forwarded that order on to another florist through the Flower Shop Network. Another florist created and delivered your flowers. It was our understanding that some of the arrangement money was needed to deliver to your area. We hope you had a nice 13th anniversary and again are sorry for your disappointment.

I work for a company and I order flowers frequently. After green thumbers made roses for me, I had a second party call back for me and switch the destination of where flowers were going, 5 hours before they were suppose to deliver. They refused to switch places where flowers were going since they already made the roses. Very bad customer service. Gretchen was very rude. My company will no longer go thru green thumbers, we will be going elsewhere for service.

When my sister was not home for the delivery, and didn't answer her phone, your driver phoned me, in Michigan, and I was able to call my sister and affirm she was on her way home, and he could leave the plant. Typically I have had very good success with the flowers I have ordered over the past 4-5 years from Green Thumbers lasting for a week or more, however these roses lasted only a couple of days. The other flowers I ordered have been doing well, but the roses are underwhelming. Would you be willing to replace them?

I was hoping for a more valentine's colored theme like the photo. Got light purple lillies rather than the more expensive stargazers yellow Gerber daisies rather than pink and more green flowers than it seemed like in the photo too. Always go with green thumbers pay a little more but still get great flowers 1st issue I've ever had in 20 years. Have gotten flowers here and there from other companies and always a crap shoot just never know what you'll get. So now I only get flowers always from green thumbers

Hi, I am very impressed with the fast service and the email stating that the gift was delivered. Just one thing - there are a few people in that household, and I would have liked to know who signed for it since I didn't hear anything from the birthday girl (not Green Thumbers fault. Lol. 24 year old daughter's fault.) But, I will definitely think of The Green Thumbers for other gifts.

This is a wonderful place. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement out of state, and to my surprise, I was sent a confirmation that it had arrived. It was an entirely online process which helps crazy busy people like me in need of a trusted local place to buy from (I've purchased online and via phone from national florists before with nothing but disappointment).
