    I needed to order flowers for a friend and wanted to find someone local to her area there in Naugatuck, CT, I am located in Colorado. I'm always a fan of local merchants, especially when it comes to flowers. I found Terri's Flower Shop online. My friend received her flowers on time and was pleased with what she received. She sent pictures and they very much matched what I ordered from the website and they were beautiful. The online ordering was very easy and they communicated to me once delivery was made.

    Stephanie was our florist for our wedding in July. She was able to create a beautiful arrangement based off of the inspiration that I had provided. She was responsible for me and my bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces, and indoor and outdoor decorations which came out beautiful and received a lot of praise from our guests!     Ordered flowers for my cousins wake ( Sunday) placed order on Thursday and spoke with Jerome. Flowers never arrived. Called florist, they are closed on Sunday and only open until 2 pm on Saturday. Florist promised delivery, never received a callback or e mail. This is a poor way to do business. My credit card was charged 187.18 for flowers that were never delivered! I am beyond furious, I feel taken advantage of at a very stressful time. Buyer beware,I will never deal with this florist again!

    I ordered Lavender and white brilliance bouquet for $64 and got purple carnations sticking out of the top with some obscure white flowers on the bottom and two green branches sticking out each side in a mason jar. Does not even look like a professional florist put it together! And absolute discrace and embarrassing to my daughter in law whom I had to a show a picture of what I ordered so she knows I think more of her than that. Extrememly disappointed and I’d say this is not a real florist.

    Hi. It's Valentine's Day and it's crazy but I just saw this and had to reply. I'm looking at the picture you should have received in an email with your delivery confirmation and I'm seeing Gerbera daisies, roses, alstroemeria, daisies, etc. I'm not sure if the pic she sent was a weird angle or what but we fill our arrs to full value and get as close to pictures as we can. It's also several weeks from the delivery date so at this point I can not exchange or do anything about. Sorry for your disappointment!

    I buy lots on flowers for my gf from Teri's. I have used many different flower shops and Teri's is by far the best!! they always come through with the most beautiful arrangments at a very fair price. But what I like best is their flowers always last twice as long as flowers from other shops. they are always fresh and beautiful for at least two weeks. My girlfriend is running out of room for all the vases and in a couple of occasions I was able to order cut flowers and she could do her own arrangement

Firstly let me tell you we recycle vases, containers and baskets- let your gal know she can bring in containers and we will provide her with a credit to use in the future on an order of her own or a bouquet of flowers to take and enjoy. In the future search "custom" and you can put any special request in...additionally you may choose any item and request in "special directions" to omit container. Hope this helps!!!

    Hello, Delivery was good. Flowers were beautiful and the best ones I have ever received. The only thing I may suggest is to put the flower food packet and directions in a spot were it is more noticeable. At first I thought it was not provided . I have always used them with other flowers. I noticed flowers wilting a little earlier them normal and I thought probably because of no plant food. Anyway today while changing water I noticed it taped to top of vase. Other then that rate A+

    Hi Debbie- sorry the food was a bit deceptive. All of our arrangements leave the shop with the proper food in the container itself. We provide a pack for the addition of some new water after the flowers have drank some. Please keep in mind the most important thing you could to keep flowers fresh do is to maintain clean water and clip stem ends every other day to keep bacteria levels low.

The add ins were a miss, they candy I ordered was out of stock but they did call so I did get to choose the substitute but the small stuffed was really not worth it regardless of the brand. I will get flowers there again but I will spend money on flowers not add ones. Thank you.

    Terri's just never disappoints! The arrangement I received last week is still beautiful. The combination of unusual flowers as well as the varying shades of pink, rose & fuchsia make it very unique....certainly not the standard "cookie-cutter" bouquet! I even received a telephone call ahead of the delivery to assure I would be at home to receive this gorgeous arrangement. Terri's Flowers is, in a word, terrific!

    I've been to Terri's many times, and I never leave disappointed. I've purchased three corsages, and worn three boutonnieres- all incredibly made, and unique. Every piece is made special. They were exactly what I had in mind, and I got so many compliments on them. Not only were the flowers perfect, but Stephanie was great, too. She listened to all of my ideas, threw out some of her own, humored me by looking at my Pinterest boards, and texted me pictures of the flowers while she was working on them to make sure they were what I wanted. She is responsive and talented, and you can tell she really loves and takes pride in what she does. Working with her was a joy!

    I did not appreciate a processing fee on top of the delivery fee. The final fee did not show up until the last minute. The "fee" should have been included in the price. I should not have to pay extra when I don't even talk to a person and the order is automated.
