    Thankyou for your sipport of my small business. Unfortunately the phone call prior is usually not an option. Our service delivers to the whole city of Edmonton. Sherwood Park and Saint Albert. With special rural delivery as well. They do excellent work for 4 other flowers shops in additionto mine. I am unable to offer a specific time frame for delivery. Only an eight hour window.

    Bad handwriting on the card. Envelope glued to the card which ripped the card when opened. One of the roses was delivered broken

    The broken rise and damaged card are unfortunate. It sounds like perhaps there was an issue in thd delivery. If you had called we would have replaced it. However , the handwriting on thd card would have been the same as it is mine. I am the only one here. I have arthritis from 40 plus years of floral design.Not everyone's handwriting is nice.

Their deliveries are always on-time, the arrangements are always beautiful and cost-effective, and the flowers have always lasted for a long time. They're my go-to destination for flowers for any special event that I want to commemorate with my partner.     Ordering was simple and delivery was timely. No issues there. I gave 4 star though because I had purchased the peace lily package for a funeral. The fine print even said that if I paid for the more expensive package that it would look like the picture. I understand the flowers can change due to what's in stock but if they knew this was for a funeral they should have kept to the all white theme out of respect. Instead we recieved pink roses. In any other occasion, I wouldn't be bothered. But for a funeral , this was unfortunate.

    I called the shop mortified that flowers were delivered to a neighbour. My concerns were dismissed. I was chastized that I did not know did not know it was "standard" practice.I mentioned this information was not found on the website; I would have picked up. The situation was delicate and a good business would consider such things. The problem being that these sympathy flowers were left with a neighbour who had a spouse pass away very recently from similar causes. The tact of the owner/employee was deplorable. No effort to make this right if that is even possible now.

    Understand it was Valentines Day, but arrangement was small and leaves were not removed from the stem that was sitting below water. I was disapointed compared to the last time I ordered.

    Online order wasn't processed at all the day it was ordered. So I called directly the next morning. When it was processed, it was sent to the wrong address. When it did arrive, it wasn't what was ordered. Only about half the expected florals in a completely different (much less impactful/interesting vase than shown on the order page.If I wanted a plain vase, I'd have order and spent significantly less money. I will admit they were polite on the phone and offered to add a box of chocolates, unfortunately it didn't make up for the wrong vase and lesser arrangement Not worth it :(

    While I have always been happy in the past and understand arrangements will not always look like they do in the pictures, I was a bit disappointed this time. Someone ordered the same arrangement from another flower shop and it looked just like the picture whereas the one I ordered did not. The arrangement was very traditional instead of looking sculptural. Everyone commented on the other one and this one not at all. It was still pretty, just not what I expected.

    The flowers were beautiful but they were delivered to the wrong address. When I told this to a lady who claimed to have delivered them herself, she insisted they were delivered correctly. If it wasn't for the neighbors calling the recipient, he would have never received the bouquet. I am very disappointed and she was not kind about it when I explained the situation. Someone should not have to go to their neighbors to receive their sympathy flowers.

    We ordered flowers for my Mom’s Celebration of Life. It was during that cold spell of -35 weather. We ordered Hot and Spicy colours because they were warm and comforting. We chose 3 if the bowl arrangement and one larger arrangement. They were all very lovely! Delivery was on time and the flowered were wrapped well for the weather. The flowers lasted well into the second week. Service was excellent!
