Well... we must have done a fantastic job because there were ABSOLUTELY NO FAKE GREENS/FLOWERS USED IN YOUR ARRANGEMENT, check your flowers over again, we DO NOT do that sort of thing here. If you received an arrangement with fake flowers it did not come from us. That is not our type of standard, with this being said, we find your 3 star review unfair to our shop and our employees that work endlessly during Mother's Day week so that our customers and recipients receive the best product.

I ordered from this location because it was a few minutes away however the order arrived at 9pm which is completely unacceptable. The pictures shows yellow tulips and you sent her cheap daisies. Tulips are her favorite flower and she received daisies. I may have been able to get over how late the order arrived if the order was correct. I can get a bundle of daisies for $10. Worst experience I have ever had.

This is a duplicate review. You ordered online after 8pm Feb 13, which means we received your order after opening on vday. I disabled the website but it malfunctioned, would not shut off so your order & some other orders still came through. Instead of canceling them, knowing NO other shops were accepting orders, we filled it the best we could last minute. You ordered "Flor-Elaborate" & it does not contain tulips, since we had orange lily instead of yellow, so we added yellow daises for the color scheme. We don't put new orders ahead of others no matter how close delivery is, that is only fair.

I wouldn't order here again if I was paid to. I have seen the responses to how horrible your service was for Valentine's Day. The idea that you would say the pictures are generic images. Well what's the point of the pictures if I think I am ordering tulips based on the picture and you sent daisies. No one post picture of items they are selling and assume they would get something different just a Color match. If I order tulips then tulips should arrive. If I order for delivery I would assume it would arrive during business hours not at 9pm. If you are short staffed use a delivery service.

Some of your review didn't pertain to your order, generic pictures are just flower pictures that say designers/florist choice, along with that picture there is a description of flowers as designers choice of flowers. The arrangement that you chose did not consist of tulips, if you order at 8pm the day before vday, we don't receive order order until after opening again on vday, we do not put your order in front of any of our orders just because it is near, it is delivered in order as received. That is only fair. I will continue to respond next on your duplicate review on your same order....

The photo for the floral design for Valentines Day showed some roses. There were no roses and delivery wasn’t until 10pm and no one rang the doorbell as requested. I discovered the delivery at 4am in the 15th. So disappointed in the flowers and service. They should issue a partial refund.

I have never had a problem before today. Even though your website showed same day delivery if ordered in the next 7 hrs. The flowers I ordered for delivery on 2/14/22 to a business did not get delivered until 5:30 pm, which by the way is when they close. I called to ask what happened and was lied too, told these were delivered at 3:30 earlier when In fact there is video footage showing 5:30 drop off. Yes most businesses have cameras. Sorry to say wit the amount of money this cost, I will no longer order from here.

For Valentines Day it is really hard to accommodate same day delivery, the website has that generic message regularly for everyday, we suspended online ordering but for whatever reason it would not shutdown the ordering process and orders just kept pouring in because no other flower shops were taking orders, we usually do not take anymore new orders after 12pm on February 13th (the day before vday). With this website suspending issue we did the best we could do for you with a same day order on the biggest holiday of the year.

The flowers were pretty but comparing them to the picture that’s shown on the website, there wasn’t as many flowers in the vase as it showed online. A little disappointing for the price you pay.

I am sorry that you were disappointed in the arrangement that you ordered., the "shown at" version of this arrangement is listed at $55, the price point you selected was $45 for the smaller version of the arrangement. On our website there will usually be 3 different price amounts side by side, then right underneath that it will say "shown at" followed by a price amount for the item that is pictured.

We ordered the "Softly at Rest" casket spray for my grandmother's funeral service. The florist was able to dye some of the flowers to match my grandmother's favorite color, just by looking at a picture on my phone. The spray was so full and had a beautiful variety of flowers. The end result was better than expected and I would definitely recommend this florist to others.
