    I was very pleased with the customer service. Due to extreme weather in the area a delivery truck was not able to make a scheduled delivery to the florist. I was contacted by email and by phone to discuss this and make sure any necessary changes to the arrangement were acceptable to me. The florist was very helpful and said she would make sure the arrangement arrived in time even if she had to deliver it herself.     My only complaint was that the delivery confirmation came the day after the funeral. I'm sure the flowers made it on time, because I received feedback from people who were in attendance. But it would have been nice to receive a timely confirmation.
