    Exceptional service! I typed a long message to accompany my floral gift order, thinking that it would just be computer printed on the card like with other florists. I was so surprised when my mother commented on the beautifully hand-written note! And I think I had only placed the order the afternoon or evening before delivery!     The flowers were unique and beautiful. My wife loved them. When I saw the bouquet myself, my first thought was it was about half the size I expected from the photo and description. The flowers lasted over a week and were gorgeous, so all is well.

    Excellent customer service! I accidentally chose the wrong day for the flowers to be delivered. I called after hours and left a panicked message.     I sent flowers to a friend of mine in Arizona after she had back surgery. I looked for a flower shop in AZ and found Flowers by Joe Gregory. He could not deliver on the day I requested but delivered the very next day, a Sunday, and he himself hand delivered. I think he went above and beyond and my friend said the flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS. If I ever need to send flowers again out there I will definitely use Flowers By Joe Gregory again.

    I placed an order for something that was not currently in stock and in order to get flowers out that same day, they put together an equivalent floral arraignment. Very prompt response and my girl was utterly impressed with the bouquet they delivered to her. I would definitely go to Flowers by Joe Gregory for future orders.

    I am not in the same state as my friend so I counted on the reviews on line to pick a florist. I can whole heartedly say they were right in trusting Joe Gregory. The flowers were beautiful and much appreciated. So much so not only did I get a text and pictures but it was followed up with a phone call and praise on how wonderful the flowers were.
