    Bought a Get Well Special Florals Designer's Choice (Deluxe) bouquet for my mom who had knee surgery. Purchased & delivered same day--confirmation email received at 8:45a and mom text me a picture of the flowers less than 2 hours later. Bouquet was beautiful and she loved the vase as well. Chose Bancroft because they're local to CF. I remember purchasing a boutonnière from them a million years ago for a HS dance.

    29 years ago , Bancroft Florists created gorgeous arrangements for our wedding.     The flowers are always so pretty and the staff is very friendly. But my flowers the last two times started to wilt within 24 hrs. It’s very disappointing based off how much they cost and how pretty they were.

    We stand behind our product. If there ever is a problem we will correct it- No bouquet that we send out should last less than a week. If it doesn’t we need to know- 1. To notify our wholesale company so if there is issues with product it can be corrected 2. Replace the bouquet. You can call or bring your arrangement in and we will gladly replace it.

    Have never used this company before however they had a website that was easy to use for ordering flowers and because it was a greenhouse, offered other options.     There were a couple flowers that were very fragrant which I don't tolerate well- lilies and a pink small multiple flower s on long stem. Also I thought it was overly large, which is not necessary. I have cats in the house and can't have within their reach. Prefer just roses, carnations; more compact bouquet for future orders. Thanks.
