Ordering through this website resulted in a lot less product for the money than my mom that ordered from the store in person. My order did not really look like what was depicted on the site - small bouquet with cheap black plastic vase - total cost almost $75. I was embarrassed honestly

Your flower order was for 55.00 for the arrangement, 10.00 delivery and 4.71 tax a total of 69.71.Had 3 gerbers, 3 roses, 3 alstromeria and filler in it( as pictured). It was not in a cheep black plastic container because we do not have any in this store. Was in a glass container with cubed black designer foam. So sorry you were not happy but don't know what your mom ordered but there is a difference in price of the flowers. I wish you would of called right away and talked to us. Again sorry.

Is $10 the std delivery fee ? I thought mom said hers was a lesser amount ? and yes i probably should have called right away but i was attending a funeral and lunch after the funeral . I have always been happy with Blossom Gallery in the past so this was likely an isolated thing

Yes 10.00 is the standard delivery for the web site in town . Most web sites and wire services charge a higher price usually. Some more than the standard 10.00 depending if in a bigger cities or not. Yes you have been a good customer and certainly do appreciate your business. And I remember the order because I had to get the gerbers in that morning for it. The supply chain problem has created a lot of problems but Lana I would not cheat you I do not do that.And if I'm out of something on the web site I'd call the customer back and tell them their options.. Amazing service! Within 45 min of placing my order on line they called to let me know they were out of stock of some of the flowers - so if it was okay the color scheme would change! What they had was even better and more fitting! They were delivered as a memorial gift of my mom to my dad! They delivered them within 4 hours of placing the order! I replied to you before and explained why we substituted a pink blooming house plant for the pink azalea house plant. We could not get the azalea and the wholesalers were limited on some things this mother day with the shipping from the pandemic we we're in. The phone number you gave on your order did not work when we tried it. So we sent what we could so she would have something. The value was more than the azalea.So sorry but can't contact you without a proper phone number.

The day they were delivered, they started dropping petals. I'm sure my daughter spent a lot of money to send these (which she couldn't afford) and a few days later, they are wilted. I'm not too impressed.

When delivered everyone was saying how pretty they were in the office. Kathy you were not at work and the secretary said her your husband would get them when he comes back to drive bus later in day. The flowers were purchased that morning fresh. If ever there is a problem and you call us and we will replace them if done within 24 hrs. But when you don't let us know it's hard to know you are unhappy.
