My mother was happy with the flowers ,so i didn't say anything but what i actually ordered for her was different. she received yellow flowers instead purple flowers.

    I was very happy with my experience. I placed an online order somewhat late the day before Valentine's and it was still delivered for Valentine's. I had ordered a balloon with the flower arrangement, which had gotten lost in the shuffle. When i called they were already aware of the missing bloon and had one on the way. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. Keep up the great work!

    Ordering floral arrangements on-line from a local florist from a different state is a beneficial tool to family and friends that do not live close by. It guarantees the floral arrangement will be made with care, it will be fresh and delivered undamaged. We always prefer to support the local small business man in the area vs. large on-line retailers. Beartooth Floral has been providing beautiful arrangements and personal customer service to us for years and we appreciate everything they do.
