Obviously not all the flowers will last that long - as they all have different longevities.     This was the first time I used Mildred's Florist but it will not be the last. There website was very easy to navigate and I was able to order on line over a weekend. I confirmed the order on Monday and the day before the delivery was scheduled they called me to say a certain flower that was displayed in the photo on the website was not available and asked if I had a preference on a replacement. I told them to decide and they did a GREAT job and the arrangement was beautiful. They even sent me an email letting me know when the flowers were delivered. Great flowers and great customer service.

    I ordered flowers on a Friday afternoon for immediate delivery. They were able to deliver within 2 hours and the arrangement was gorgeous. They ran into a gated community access issue but persevered and the delivery completed on time. All in all - I got first class service and a beautiful arrangement.     GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I picked out a plant to which they added some beautiful flowers. They sent me a picture of the finished product before it was delivered to my daughter at her place of employment. It was beautiful and she loved it as did I. Afterwards we realized that we didn’t know the name of the plant or the growing instructions. I contacted the shop and the staff at this florist went out of their way to give me the information I requested about the plant we purchased. They were great. We will be back for all of our future needs.

    We ordered flowers 2 times in the past month for the unfortunate loss of a grandmother and then a father's Celebration of Life ceremonies. They did an amazing job with the arrangements.     A while back I ordered flowers from Mildred's and oddly enough received a beautiful bouquet of roses (which I didn't order). Ultimately our address was similar to another. We called Mildred's and not only did they get us the correct order out to is quite quickly that very same day, they let us keep the roses! Ultimately we would've been glad to turn over the bouquet of roses, but they never asked for it. Mildred's is a class act and will definitely be ordering my flowers from them.     I made a purchase from Mildreds to be delivered on Saturday the 13th. When i told my wife she said she wanted them for Friday the 12th. I called them after hours and left a message. Mildreds returned my call 1 hour later to explain all orders where filled for that day. Then i believe to keep me out of hot water they would make an exception and deliver them. Mildreds delivered a beautiful center piece to my mother in law on this special day. Did i mention it was Valentines Day weekend !! Mildreds does great work and exceptional customer service.     I would highly recommend Mildred's Florist. I am always skeptical when picking a florist in another city to place an order. I didn't need to worry! They were great and even sent me pics of the arrangement to make sure I was happy before it was delivered. A+ service.

    I needed a way to get flowers to my mother the same day I ordered them. Mildred's is only a few miles away from Mom (whereas I am almost 1,000 miles away), making it convenient. Their website was easy to use, too. Mom's flowers looked even more beautiful than the online image!

    I will definitely be ordering from this florist in the future for any and all of my flower related needs. I placed my order at around 2AM late Friday night (or technically extremely early Saturday) and the flowers were delivered before noon, which is definitely amazing service. Mildred's Florist has a great selection, very fair and reasonable pricing considering how great the arrangements look and the quality of the flowers. They called to clarify the address (I got it wrong) and delivered it the further distance with no upcharge. I forgot something on the card and they fixed it.     I was very pleased with the flowers that I ordered for my mom and aunt. They called me as soon as the flowers arrived. Both of them where very excited to receive such a beautiful arrangement. They where very happy with the delivery person. As my aunt has a hard time getting around she asked if they could come into her home and place the flowers on her table.     Mildred's ALWAYS does a phenomenal job on the design and delivery of their floral arrangements. I love ordering from this florist, since I live out of state, I can ALWAYS depend on them providing the BEST service, and quality arrangements. The design you see on their website is the quality design that is delivered, not like some other "florists who picture florals one way and deliver something totally different.     AMAZING!!!! I'm from a big city and a bit of a flower snob... Not being from the area, I had to rely on reviews when choosing a florist for my aunt's funeral.     One afternoon we ordered flowers for my friend who lives in the north end of Lakeland, with delivery to take place the next day. I got a reply email immediately with a receipt and confirmation that it would be delivered the next day.     Mildred's Florist was able to get an order processed and delivered in record time - we only found out about the funeral of a family friend the morning of the funeral and they were able to get the arrangement delivered before the services began that day at 10:00 a.m. They are truly miracle workers!

    I have had the good fortune of using Mildred's Florist for over three years. I first use them because they were convenient. I continue using them because they are AWESOME. The various arrangements I have sent to my wife and daughter are always fresh, beautiful and last for weeks. Really. Weeks!!!     Oh no, I forgot my mother-in-law's birthday!!! I called Mildred's in the slim hope that flowers could be delivered same day (my call was at 3:20 in the afternoon). Jeremy said "no problem" and promised to have a gorgeous bouquet and Happy Birthday balloon delivered within the hour. Unbelievable service! I will definitely use Mildred's for all my flower delivery needs from now on.

    The Florist and her husband made the entire process user friendly. I first ordered my then Fiancée flowers as an I love you gift, she was so blown away from the arrangement that we used them for our actual wedding. Those flowers actually were a better choice. Someone also contacted met to get my mother's phone number. Both times the person I talked to was very nice and friendly.     Mildred's provided a level of service that is first rate. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and being so far away and unable to attend the service, recieved confirmation that the delivery had been made. The family was so pleased with the arrangement, they took a picture of it and sent it to me. It's nice to know that there are florists who go above and beyond when it comes to service. I know if I need to again, I will not hesitate to contact Mildred's again.

    They went above and beyond to deliver an arrangement to a family that had suffered a tragic loss. We did not hear of the funeral until a couple of days before and the arrangement was ordered too late to deliver to the funeral. The owner found out the home address of the grandmother (a work colleague of my husband's)and delivered the arrangement to their home. He kept in contact with me throughout the process so I knew what was happening.
