    Having had very bad experiences in receiving and sending flowers ordered over the Internet I wanted to speak with a local person and not someone At an 800 number.     The basket was beautiful and the service is great. The best thing is being able to order online. I do know my mom was a little upset because after the weekend my mom got the flowers they died, she had called the office and the problem was fixed right away.
