Flowers delivered we nice and delivered on time, however the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Seems pointless to choose a specific arrangement if the florist will make whatever they want.

I'm sorry you weren't completely happy. Unfortunately sometimes we can't get in the exact flowers in the pictures as well as baskets because shortages. We are a small town florist and only get delivery once a week. This website is used for multiple businesses they are not my personal designs. Thank you for your order.

Webiste very easy to use and nice to see a variety of things available to order----with tax, delivery and processing fee on top---added quite a bit to the order price. Not sure about the processing fee being necessary??
