    Was an easy, and smooth experience, the owner had very good communication with me the entire time! And the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! It's been over 3 weeks and the flowers are beautiful and have kept so beautifully the entire time! Very high quality of flowers and very amazing customer service!     These flowers were beautiful! they lasted well over two weeks and I rarely changed the water. The reason I am giving a 4 star is because I tried to contact the company ( via phone and text) as they were be delivered in the early afternoon to Elk Point, and I had to run to St.Paul in the morning, I had messaged and called about just picking up the flowers instead of them driving out. I could not get a hold of anyone, Texts were never returned, phone calls unanswered and not returned. I then had to wait until they were delivered as I didnt want them to wilt.

    In general, the service was good as it was before. The only thing was I didn't receive notification when the flowers were delivered. I had to contact my sister and ask her if Mom had actually received the flowers.

    Unknowningly, the surprise was on myself when friend to receive the flowers had moved. I am so grateful to the floral shop for their expertise in locating the recipient of the flowers.
