The flowers are beautiful and fresh. They combination is well selected. However, the arrangement clearly looks like it was done in a hurry. Having some experiencing in arranging, I can see it is not symmetrical. Most people probably would not notice, but I did.

Collette, thank you for your feedback. The arrangement the sender selected has a particular recipe and flower placement. Our designers design to the speciation of customer's order. Some arrangements may not be designed how we would prefer, but we do create the order to what the sender chooses. Our designers combined do have over 80 years of experience and have received numerous design awards and accolades. The delivered flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful, however the pink roses started to wilt by the following day. After 2 days I needed to throw out the roses since they had completely wilted. Only 2 days after delivery Also, the flowers were kept in an air conditioned office. The first day though they were gorgeous.

I was extremely impressed with the bouquet and has held up beautifully. Have increased the water every day, but didn't know I should completely change the water. I will do so as this bouquet meant something special to me.

Hi Karen, yes, it is best to change the water every 2-3 days. Clean out the vase, rinse off the stems and give them a fresh cut. If you have flower food, add some every time you change the water. If you do not have flower food, a little splash of sprite or 7up with help as well. Keeping flowers away from the window and ceiling fan are always a good idea as well. With proper care and handling of flower, they should last you a nice long time!

I ordered a funeral arrangement late yesterday afternoon for a funeral today at 11:00 which needed to be delivered to Victor Valley Mortuary. The customer service was pleasant and very reassuring that all would make it in time. It is nice to be from out of town and have confidence in a phone order. Flowers were very nice. Some open, some still in bud form. Nice to have them opening at different times. Can enjoy them longer.
