    If there is a time of year when certain flowers are not available (like Sunflowers in winter), then maybe arrangements using that flower as a base should not be advertised on the website during that season. I was given alternative flower option to make it right and was sent photos of the arrangement being sent for approval before it was delivered.     Ordering online was simple and efficent. During the busy Easter weekend I was still able to order the flowers we neede for a funeral and when they didn't have the exact colors in stock they called to make sure the substitution they were suggesting would be acceptable. When we got to the funeral I knew exactly which ones they were as they looked identicle to what was on the website. They were beautiful.

    The dishgarden you ordered on our website has disclaimer that we will fill order as close as possible to the picture. With the Pandemic and the floral industry mandated non essential closed our suppliers are only back up and running at 60 % !With that being said the item you choose didnt have a blooming plant but we upgraded the order from the plastic bowl to a nice wicker handled basket and it was bigger and had more plants ! Also the price point you choose was 10$less then pictured.We strive to go above and beyond but My hands are tied with the products we can get.

    Sorry to hear this ! I had no idea . Although we are only operating at 40% with this Pandemic we bend over backwards to accommodate everyone who orders from us . With that being said I have no voice messages or emails about this issue at all ! I remember 2 orders being sent to that address 1 being a beautiful planter with blooming and green plants and another fresh flower arrangement. If the card was mixed up or wrong i apologize but i had no idea of any issues until you left this 3 star review !

    I ordered a birthday arrangement, balloons, and small box of chocolate for my friend's mom who had just gotten out of the hospital. The chocolate was inadvertently left behind with the delivery. The flower shop apologized and immediately delivered an upgraded box of chocolates at no charge. Great customer service and a beautiful arrangement!

    Ordering was easy and you delivered right on time. However, the bouquet was a little week and the flowers started to fade a few days after they were delivered. My mom already complained and you came back and delivered some more flowers which was good and was a quick response. But it would have been better of course if it was right the first time.     Terrific service. Quality floral arrangements. My mother loved the arrangement. They arrived in the time window specified and when it was mistakenly thought that no balloons had arrived with the order (my mother is partially blind and if something is not directly in front of her, she will not see it) the shop immediately returned with more balloons. They made my mother very happy. I will definitely use this shop again.

    This is the greatest florist in all of Ocean County! The flower's last sooooo long, unlike the ones I've received from other florists. They are open for deliveries 7 days a week, and you can do all of your ordering online anytime of day or night. The prices are great and well worth the flowers!!!     Im a flower type of guy and threw the years i have been so disapointed everytime i sent friends and loved ones flowers. i realized that i wasnt ordering from a true local florist. people dont realize when you order online most of the time you a fooled into fake order gathering companies that rip you off and make you not want to send flowers anymore. I did my homework and called a local florist and not only did i get a live person, but i personally talked to the owner who happens to be the florist, and a real family run and operated shop. buyer beware educate yourself and always call direct to the city and state and take the extra time ,and you will see the awesome service you will recieve. thank you whiting flower shop i will send flowers again. you saved a loyal customer in the flower world
