Wonderful experience. We had ordered a plant for our Sister's/Aunt's funeral from a different local shop and it did not show. They had cancelled our order and did not tell us. We came from the Kansas City area to attend the funeral. We went into this store 45 minutes before the funeral and Litzy made a beautiful fresh cut floral arrangement and a plant arrangement in a very short amount of time! Customer service at this store is amazing and we will be forever grateful for their quick and service and beautiful arrangments.

This is the second time I order from you guys & both times the flowers were not delivered in a timely manner. I understand that there is a lot of orders but my order was placed two nights in advance & it was sad to see a casket empty at the service because only two deliveries were made. I think working on better time management with deliveries would help a lot. Other than that the arrangement was beautiful & the online ordering was easy.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to be delivered to a business on a Friday. Come to find out, the recipient was not there that day. They called me to notify me that the person wasnt there and even offered to REMAKE AND REDELIVER the flowers on Monday when business reopened. I thought that was amazing. Flowers by Irene is such a great flower shop! Not only do they sell floral arrangements but they have treat baskets to send to your loved ones. We moved away from Dodge City and find it hard to gift our loved ones during special celebrations. Our niece recently had her 9th birthday and we purchased the junk food basket. She absolutely loved it and it was great to see the big smile on her face when something arrived at the door specifically for her. I want to thank the staff for all the hard work they do. It not only puts a smile on their faces but ours to -making us feel like we never left
