I ordered online for a funeral. I was contacted by the florist who confirmed my order and reminded me to let the recipient know that they had to take the plant home. My only interaction besides the email response was my initial phone call to find out if they delivered to the funeral home because they weren’t on their list. I was assured they did. Thank you to the staff of Galloway florist for making my inability to be at the service bearable by providing prompt and curtious service.

I'm sorry for not getting back to you, Lynnaye. The f-home gave me a tough time again. Claiming they only accept flowers, on the service day. I told him it was a plant. The last time I delt with that f-home, they cost me over $2,000 dollars because they won't except flowers for my grandson's father. Telling me, we don't except flowers until the day of the service, at 9am. I had to rent a van because my truck won't hold all the flowers. The van was then side swiped which cost me over 2k, in repairs. They could careless about the love one resting inside. Only care about themself. Kenny

Not sure about the messages. We had switched services from Verizon to ATT, they might have gotten lost in the transfer. The email went to my spam folder. I don't check, I recieve a tons of spam emails. When I recieved a text, I responded, immediately and delivered another peace lily along with a fresh box of Asher's chocolates to the deseases daugther. Yesterday, I stopped by the church and found the peace lily just where I left it, by the front doors. Along with the card. I'm not sure if someone moved the plant and than replaced it after the viewing. I'm hoping all is good. God Bless.

Every year, my daughter sends my favorite flowers yellow roses and they are always so beautiful. When it came time to order funeral flowers, I knew where to go. The wreath and vase were magnificent. Even the director of the F.H. said they were the prettiest she had seen. Please don't hesitate using this kind floral artist. I have never been disappointed.

The pictures you see on line are just that pictures. They are arranged in a studio under prefect conditions. They have time to let there flowers bloom. There is a disclosure explaining that we're allowed to substitute flowers if we don't have the exact color. Bottom line we make sure your arrangement is fresh and filled to value. Thanks Ann, I have a lot of customers who tell me my flowers last longer than any other flower shop. I only buy small bunches so I know the flowers are fresh as possible. Plus we also process the flowers when they come in to our shop. Its a lot more work, but it's worth the extra time/money. I'm glad you got to enjoy them while you spent time in New Jersey. A gentleman got back to me right away and asked if he could pick up the flowers, because someone was moving? I naturally said sure feel free to pick up the flowers. Amazing experience when ordering from Galloway Florist! The flowers were beautiful and arrived in the afternoon on Mother's Day, which impressed me a lot because I've had many flower company disasters when it comes to delivering on holidays. One thing I was a little disappointed about is that the yellow lilies in my order were replaced with yellow gerbera or maybe daisies. I love tulips, so I specifically chose that arrangement. Unfortunately, I didn't write that anywhere on my order and I'm assuming they might have been running low on tulips because of the holiday as well. Over all, I was satisfied with the flowers!

While the plant was very nice, the delivery was not. The plant was delivered to the wrong address and the delivery was not verified; just dropped off. The neighbor had to walk the delivery over to the proper address.

Hi Lucy, I’m glad Virginia liked the dish garden. I've made several deliveries to Virginia in the past. Wednesday afternoon was extremely cold/windy and snowing. No one was home, leaving it on her porch wasn't not an option. Thankfully Virginia's neighbor saw me standing on her porch. He said he would kindly accept the dish garden. Ironically his mom owned a flower shop and he assured me not to worry, he uses to deliver flowers for his mom. As I explained in my conformation notice, on Saturday, I was sorry I had to leave the dish garden with Virginia’s neighbor. My apologies.

It was a crazy few days around here last week, we got at least 18 inches and temps were in the single digits. That was very nice of that gentlemen to walk the dish garden over to Virginia’s house. My mother in law loved her flowers! I ordered and set a delivery to where my mother in law was on vacation in Galloway. She was going home before my set delivery, my mistake. I called Galloway on a Sunday and spoke with Kenny, he was so helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this florist! Great service, beautiful flower arrangement and was able to resolve a delivery issue during the snowstorm last week. I will definitely use them again in the future. It is nice to know that there are business's out there that value customers. Always shop with local businesses when you can!

I would like to say, I'd re-deliver to anyone at anytime of night, but most would say he's full of s..t!!! I understood the importance of your order and my home is only a few miles away. I was only happy to put a smile on someone face no matter the time. Plus who doesn't like Asher's chocolates after dinner or before bedtime. lol

My wife and I were going on our long-overdue honeymoon and I wanted to suprise her with roses at check-in. The hotel (Harrah's Casino) recommended Galloway Florists and I gave them a call. Kenny, the owner, took my order for a dozen roses, and when I mentioned my wife was Russian, he remembered a tradition about even numbers of flowers are bad luck. He threw in an extra rose to bring the total to 13, made an absolutely beautiful arrangement, and had it delivered and waiting for us. Needless to say, my wife was blown away. Other florists try to charge for the little things (even leaving one flower out, they try to charge you), but Galloway florists knows how to make people's special occaisions special. I will definitely be using them next time we come to Atlantic City! Keep doing what you're doing guys and I wish you lots of business!

I spoke to "Ken" via phone about some flowers for my sister-in-laws 65th Birthday ,He was not in the shop at the time but took all the information down and assured me he would do a good job and deliver on time.
