The bouquet did look in real life as they did online (not always true of other places) I have used) I would use them again.     I order flower arrangements to be sent to my mother who has dementia and is in a nursing home. I do not ever see these arrangements, so I have no idea what they look like…I just have to trust that they are ok. I would really like the florist to consider sending me a photo of the actual arrangement that I ordered and paid for…..so that I can see what my mother is actually receiving, because she cannot tell me anything anymore.

One side note: I didn't see any of the small packages that sometimes come with flowers, so that they have "food" and last a bit longer. This might be something to consider providing.     Amazing fast delivery - fresh & beautiful arrangement. Only thing I’d suggest is sticking to the delivery date selected - I had asked for delivery the next day, but it was delivered same day (which in itself is amazing) but when you plan to have something delivered a certain day, having it early made the card incorrect. Not a major complaint because I’m the speed was impressive, but like I said - if a client asks for delivery on a certain date, it would be good to honour that

    Twice I have ordered flowers for my mother, and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful. My only disappointment was that on the last delivery she was not notified that the flowers were delivered. No one rang the door bell. She eventually found them on her doorstep, which is thankfully sheltered and shaded. If she hadn’t been going out the front door, they could have sat there all day and night.

    I'm always very hesitant to purchase flowers online not know what you could possibly get. The flowers I ordered were beautiful, very close to what I saw online.     Excellent flowers and great service! Only two things that I would improve: 1) have the option to instruct on delivery - sometimes you don't want the recipient to know that flowers are coming; and, 2) have promotional codes available - the flowers are quite expensive and I would be much more likely to buy more often if there were promo codes available.

Weather and the type of building eg apartment is usually why we call to confirm a delivery time.     Sorry that you were not happy with the design. I looked at the picture of the flowers we sent out and there were a few substitutions of flowers. Although the color was the same . EG hyacinth for iris. We try our best to make the arrangements as close as possible if we happen to have sold out of a particular variety. I am glad the flowers were beautiful though.     Sorry to hear that. Tulips are pretty hardy flowers so try this...re cut the stems new water and drop a penny in...the copper will make them stand up..let us know if this does not work just drop by for a new bunch..

    I get nervous when ordering online, especially if there isn't anyone I can converse with beforehand. I couldn't find a contact number, but I want ahead and ordered anyway.     It would be be great to be able to actually see what size the different price floral arrangements were. You only give one picture and 3 prices. I am left to guess what the less expensive one will look like. Perhaps you only have to do this with a couple of examples as long as this is your standard way of doing the rest of the choices. The flowers we have ordered have been fresh, fairly priced and delivered on time. Recently, we have ordered "Chantilly Pink Roses" along with small chocolates for Mother's day. Our mom absolutely loved the flowers and it's presentation. As it was a busy holiday, our order for the chocolates was switched. Upon speaking with the Manager regarding this issue, she agreed to send another order of chocolates the very next day. True to their word, our mom received chocolates for a second time and was very happy! I appreciated the time, energy and effort they put into fulfilling the order to our satisfaction!     Such a pleasant and refreshing experience it was in ordering online from Buckets Fresh Flower Market. Most arrangements ordered from other florists, altho pretty, sometimes failed to deliver or produce what the sample picture online displayed. But with Buckets, it was right on!
