    I ALWAYS used Andy's when I lived in Kennett because they created wonderful arrangements. They were always si nice and friendly and treated me like the most important person...not just a customer. I'm glad to say they haven't changed. They even called me because I forgot to "sign" my card when I ordered from their website. I love the people I talk to and their arrangements. I can't say enough good things about them. My friend LOVED the yellow Rose's and said they were gorgeous. It didn't surprise me AT all.

    Ordered a plant online for my mother’s birthday for Dec. 22nd. She is in an assisted living facility. I filled out the card online. Later I found out she got the plant but the part of the card that stated who it was from was missing. She had no idea who they were from. I called and the nursing home confirmed there was no name. I called and the new card could not be sent out till after the holidays. I suggest a look over of the order should be done to prevent this confusion. My brother had to call to see if I knew who sent it. Confusing birthday surprise.

    . My situation was difficult as I made arrangements Saturday after Christmas day and didn't think about the fact that the florist closed early and supplies would be limited due to the holiday.     The flowers that I ordered weren't available, however, I was provided the choice of a similar arrangement, and the delivery team went out of their way to find the intended recipient. The flowers were delivered, and all in all, it was a good experience!

    This florist went above and beyond to make sure I could see the choices they had for my daughter. I was at work called them they spent time on phone trying to tell me what they had and then they asked if they could send me a picture of what they had so I could choose. Wow!! My daughter received her doll with carnation with glitter from this florist on her first day of kindergarten and she loves it! She said Mommy, I didn't get a paddling I was so good I got a doll and a flower!! You made her day you made my day with such great service!!! Way to go Andy's!!
