    I’m giving them five stars because they did everything they could to correct an unfortunate situation that was out of their control. My father is in Country Village Homes and I sent him a Christmas arrangement. Unfortunately all of the pretty ornaments were removed by the home’s staff before he got it, making it barely recognizable to what I had purchased. I followed up with Mariettas who was extremely helpful. The arrangement was made according to the picture but sadly did not arrive to my dad that way.     Denise was very willing to help and take her time with me.
