I received an exquisite post-surgery arrangement from Carole’s, and it was one of the prettiest I've ever seen. It reminded me of my late grandmother’s garden, right down to the old fashioned sweet peas and other miniature flowers, and then the final flourish of a giant hydrangea. The person who did the arrangement is obviously very talented. Thank you very much for brightening my day!

As always, a wonderful arrangement of flowers was received by my parents with the usual response: “ Good morning! Thanks so much for the flowers. As usual it is a unique arrangement! We’re always impressed that she remembers what she’s arranged before because we’ve never received a flower arrangement that is anything other than new and always beautiful. Much love for the day! Dad”. I have been sending flowers from Carole’s for years now and always get the same response re: how unique each arrangement is. Couldn’t recommend any other florist since I only use Carole’s.

Beautiful arrangement and ease with ordering. Love the fact that there are less common flowers included with the florist design boutique. Not just carnations and baby’s breath but calla lillies, and snap dragons.

This is the only flower shop I have been using for so many years now and every time I order a flower arrangement for my parents, the arrangement is absolutely new, different and unique. They love the arrangements, and also the other add on treats that you can select at check out. I'm frequently told that they believe the owner keeps a record of what each customer has received in the past, to make sure every delivery is different. My belief is the owner is an artist whose medium is flowers. Either way, I wouldn't use any other Florist in USA!

I ordered flowers for my Aunt today who, after a fall and injury is in a rehabilitation center in Plymouth. I called this morning and to my great astonishment, a gorgeous and colorful Spring arrangement was delivered to my Aunt’s room within hours! I live in VA and don’t often get up to MA and so I am delighted to find such a wonderful florist for our gift giving needs! Thankyou so much to Maureen who helped me out. The arrangement for Mother’s Day was lovely, but too many flowers crushed together. The phlox type flowers wilted in a day..cut the stems, changed the water and on Tuesday looks good.

Got flowers for Valentine’s Day and they were beautiful! This was our first time ordering from Carols flowers and now it will be our new normal. The flower arrangements were so balanced and eye catching. It has already been 4 days since I received my delivery and not a petal has fallen or moved out of place. Grieving my brother who I was very close to, it only dawned on me the Friday before Father's Day that his wife, children and grandchildren would be wiyh outhim for the first time. Being in New York, and having to send flowers to someone in Plymouth, MA could have been a problem. However, after locating Carole's Flowers & Gifts shop's impressive website, I took a chance and ordered a flower arrangement. Knowing that my wife and I were going to be in Plymouth for our 10th anniversary, I hunted to find a good local florist that could deliver to the vacation house where we were staying. The flowers arrived on time and were (are) gorgeous - they were delivered last Friday, and both their looks and bouquet (as in smell) were incredible. It's now 5 days later - they are back at home with us and, when I arrived home from work today, the first thing I noticed when I opened the door was the scent. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Had flowers delivered to my wife on V-day. Also bought one "med" box of chocolates for $25. There were 12 candies in the box. Felt that I was had! $2/candy piece is just taking advantage of someone unable to see the merchandise and determine its value. I trusted Carole’s to sell me $25 worth of candy rather than the $5 worth that was delivered. Never again!

Katherine was absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired her for my August 3rd wedding and she was such a pleasure to deal with. Katherine listened to everything that I wanted and helped to make my day perfect. The arrangements from the ceremony to the reception were gorgeous. I had a million compliments on my boquets, too! The photos turned out so great because of all of Katherine's hard work. She had very fair prices and offered a military discount, as well. I did a lot of price checking with my florist and she offered the best prices. Many florists were not willing to give any military discounts, which was very disappointing to us. I would recommend that everyone use Katherine for their special day if you want a worry-free and wonderful experience!

Carole's took my call on Sunday(how wonderful!) and then I rushed in on Monday and left it all up to Katherine. Every detail was perfect. I kicked myself for not asking my friend what his mom's favorite color was and then when I arrived at the funeral, I was greeted with "How did you know her favorite color was purple? I had flown to Massachussetts the day before my grandmother's funeral.Somehow in all the planning and arranging,the flowers had been forgotten to be ordered.I called carole's flowers late in the afternoon the day before the service.I was sure it was to late to have anything made and was very upset. I spoke to Cathy the owner and not only did she assure me she could do it on such short notice,she herself would stay however late it took and get them done! I have gotten flowers from Katherine for many different occasions, from small baskets to say thank you to funerals arrangements. She does an absolutely beautiful job every time. I also have gone to Katherine for two funerals that were very special to me. The first one, she opened the store after her usual hours to help a very dear friend of mine that lost her niece, and she sat with us patiently for as long as it took. Yesterday my grandmother passed away and Katherine actually came to my house because I have a lot of health problems and she knew it would be difficult for me to get out of my house. The love and compassion that she puts into her work shows with every arrangement. I will never go to any other florist and be just another name and number.
