Thank you for your feedback. The arrangement was delivered by 1:30 pm on the day requested, I delivered it myself. I may have confirmed the delivery via web site a day after the delivery was complete and will be better about that in the future. Sometime the store gets busy and I forget to take that extra step. My uncle was supposed to be home when the get well flowers were delivered yesterday but his elderly partner had to take him to the ER. She arrived back home at 11pm, leaving him in the hospital. It was a difficult day in the ER, she had nothing to eat all day, and opened the porch door to find the loveliest bouquet of flowers she had ever seen, with a beautiful card. She cried at the beauty and thoughtfulness. Only disappointment was that the lavender roses started looking limp within two days. I cut the bottom stems and changed the water on day 4 but I think that was too late. Wish they had lasted longer. I found out that my brother's girlfriend was having a rough go and was going to have to spend a few days at CD Hospital. So I quickly went online to order some flowers from a local florist and have them delivered. I noticed that it was 15 min before they closed so I called quickly and they assured me they'd be delivered early the next day. Sure enough, there was a picture on social media before lunch. Thank you for the great service! The flowers really cheered her up during a tough time. She's now happy and healthy. Was it because of the flowers? You never know! ;)

My order was placed easily on-line. Selection was very good. The recipients were not home on delivery day and did not have an answering machine, so the floral staff continued to call the recipients until they were reached and a delivery time could be arranged. Recipients were very pleased with the arrangement, and told me several times how beautiful it was.
