We have never had a problem in the past with leaving arrangements at the front desk, we don't have a signature due to current restrictions on making contact with people.     If I could give a higher rating than five star I would they deserve a 10 star. I desperately wanted to send my sister flowers I live out of state and had a horrific experience with an online flower site. When you really are counting on your floral arrangement to look professionally assembled and be representative of the photo and they look like they were arranged by a first grader using flowers they hand picked...well, it never feels good. We tried to come as close to the picture as possible however the gerbera daisies available to us were a bit smaller that the ones pictured which would give a less than full appearance. We added more of the thistle as a filler and used a taller than pictured vase to give more height and size. We will issue a full credit to you, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment.

    I am a little confused by your claim of late delivery. We received this order on May the 4th in the afternoon for delivery May 4th. We delivered it to the flower room at the funeral home late afternoon. There is a disclaimer on your invoice that states due to the time you have ordered this, same day delivery my not be possible. We did take it to the funeral home on the day you requested (the 4th)and actually found out that the first visitations were not until the next day the 5th so we actually delivered it a day early.

    When we moved to Annapolis eight years ago we immediately appreciated the nearby Bay Dale shop's excellent service and products. When it closed we just switched to the main shop and had the same excellent service and products. Recently we ordered for a delivery near Boston MA; somehow Severna Flowers & Gifts arranged for the same excellent service and products from another florist shop hundreds of miles away. That is the mark of a truly excellent shop that can take care of the customer.

    Bill - The recipients were so happy with the flowers I thought your shop had personal contact in Massachusetts. After reading your reply I looked around your website and learned of tour association with Flower Shop Network which seems to be as close to a personal network as can be.     I have ordered flowers from you, even when I lived in Hawaii. I live in Colorado now and still use you. I tell everyone about how great you are and what a wonderful job you do. Even when I order flowers for out of town, I go through Severna Park Florist. I told my husband to always use you and so while I was in Maryland for business, he sent me the most beautiful flowers from Severna Park Florist. I highly recommend you and I've never been disappointed!

    I was really pleased with the arrangement. since this was for a viewing, being able to choose my flowers and paying for them on-line made the process much simpler. Even better, SF&G delivered directly to the funeral home for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Really sad they had to close their Bay Dale location. Really happy the original Severna Park store provides the same great service. Can't think of a better place for delivery of that special floral gift. The recipient was thrilled. It is wonderful to be able to depend on quality.

    The driver contacted me as he was unsure of my address. I confirmed the directions and advised him that I was not at home. I advised him to leave on the porch, but a neighbor kindly accepted delivery. The flowers are lovely and seem to be of good quality.

    Terrific service from Severna Flowers and Gifts. Last year I went with another company for Valentine's Day. The flowers never arrived and that company never called me until the next day. When I called they said they'd refund my money, but never did. This year a two-day winter storm was forecast to hit on Valentine's day so Severna Flowers called to see if it was ok to deliver on wednesday instead of friday. I was stuck out of town until Friday afternoon, but my wife got her flowers and she loved them. Great customer service
