    I asked for a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful! I wish more companies would actually photograph the item and send it to the buyer, as often we are ordering for events we cannot attend and we have no idea what it actually looks like and what we're paying for.     My wife says the roses were beautiful and arranged in vase nice . I unfortunately forgot to put a specific time for delivery on day I chose to send and prefferd a AM delivery instead of a PM so delivery was when convenient for driver . It would be cool if their was a way to monitor flowers and track delivery like pizza deliveries unless I missed that also on their website LOL

She assured me that they would put together "something nice" and it would be promptly delievered. When I arrived at the funeral home I could not believe what a fabulous job they had done. Unknown to them was the fact that April 3rd my own mom had passed away and she loved butterflies. It immediately brought tears to my eyes as the "something nice" was a little butterfly tucked into the arrangement! I felt like mom was there with us at that very moment.
