    I ordered flowers from out of state The gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and patient and willing to work with me and help me pick just the right thing for our special arrangement flowers to be sent to my sister for her first day at her new office.     this was SUCH a difficult delivery and now i know why. my 90 yo grandmother was placed in a bad situation thanks to best buy and i was not aware her phone did not have a plan attached (neither did she), so the number i provided did not work. this caused great frustration for everyone involved! more to share but too few characters- bottom line- you guys REMADE the bouquet due to the delay (which i know cost extra money to a small business) and when i visited them last week they mentioned how LOVELY you all are 3x in less than 24 hours.     The arrangement I received was exquisite. The flowers were so fresh it was if I had picked them myself that very day. I will recommend this florist to everyone I know. It is rare to receive such a full bouquet, very well done.

    Thank you for the great review Jodi! We use only the freshest products. We are constantly cutting and applying fresh water to keep our flowers as if we just received them. Anything that looks beyond our grade of quality, either gets donated or trashed. We don't like to waste but we also want the best for our customers. ????

    Thank you for the great review Holly. Our local delivery includes anything inside the city limits. Being that we serve such a large rural area, we have to consider prices to cover fuel. We have delivered as far as Nacogdoches, Houston, The Woodlands, etc. Without including fuel costs into our fees, we wouldn't be able to serve our customers appropriately. When i say appropriately, I refer to the quality of of our product. We always strive to keep prices as low as possible and continue to improve on customer satisfaction.

    I called today in need of a florist to deliver a sympathy arrangement and fruit basket since the residence I was having delivered to was a distance away from the Easy Street Florist, I was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to deliver (since I am out of town, I already called a couple of florist's already). Not only did they deliver it the same day, the arrangement was beautiful and fruit basket was great. I would highly recommend, Great customer service!! Thank you so much Easy Street Florist!

    I do not have any complaints at all, but I did not realize that my wife (Miriam) was going to receive a call prior to receiving the arrangement. It turned the surprise in to curiosity prior to receiving. I am new to the area and will continue to use Easy Street Florist for all of my Flower occasions

    My co-worker was greatly pleased with the arrangement sent for his mother's funeral. He said they were very pretty and better than anticipated. The only issue I had was I received an email saying they were delivered the day after I had placed the order, which normally would be a good thing. The only problem was, the funeral wasn't until a few days later. I called and they told me in fact, they had not been delivered yet and would go out that day. Just a little confusing, but all in all a good experience.

    Arrangement was beautiful, however, instead of the bright orange & pink spring colors they were red. My mother loved them anyway. Delivery was exceptional!

During heavy business weeks, we are allowed to substitute colors on the basis that our fresh flower truck only comes on certain days.
