    I live in Seattle. My Grandkids in Longview, Tx. My 2nd time ordering flowers from Ann's Petals, I said my son would pick them up for Mother's Day, but I had for that he was on his 7 day work week rotation. In a panic, I called Ann's for a last minute, "I'll pay you extra to deliver today" PLEA.!! In grand style, Ann's said it was taken care of, AND didn't charge this old man a penny to deliver.!!!     Delivered on time. When they didn't have the proper materials for the basket ordered, the substituted vase was just as good. Flowers were beautiful. Only complaint was the balloon and stuffed animal ordered were not delivered, but the refund was processed. Would definitely use Ann's Petals for other occasions and recommend to others.
