    I requested a last minute arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her birthday and Frey Florist & Greenhouses did a terrific job! I am from California so I wasn't sure how well this delivery service would work out but it went smoothly! I requested a custom arrangement and left a comment asking if they could possibly add sunflowers and lilies and to my amazement they were able to make it happen on such short notice.     The flowers were beautiful and I’m thankful but when I picked up the vase to take it inside it broke sending flowers everywhere. I had another vase at home to put the flowers in but it was a bit of an ordeal I wish I didn’t have to deal with.

    I was more than pleased with the customer service at Frey Florist, from accommodating in my very small window for delivery on Dec. 23 and remembering my last minute order of mistletoe. The centerpiece I ordered was/is gorgeous. Here it is on January 7 (2 weeks from delivery), and it is still gracing our dining room table. I will definitely order from them again and again.

    I visited Frey's for a corsage and boutonniere for Providence College's Senior Ring Weekend. I have no amazing knowledge of flowers in general and only had a vague idea of colors that I wanted. I described my color choice for my date's dress over the phone and the person who took my call offered an amazing arrangement suggestion. I was quite satisfied with both the price and the quality of the flowers. This shop is certainly a hidden Providence gem! Will go back for the next event.

    I ordered these for my girlfriend and they were stunning (especially the orchids). The only slightly negative thing from my point was that the order attracted $20 in fees and taxes. However, I'm from England and that could be the norm in the US.

    My only disappointment was the flowers not arriving at work as ordered. It would have been a nice surprise. BUT they did arrive at home on Valentines Day and the arrangement though a slight variation in color from original order, according to my husband, was absolutely stunning. The flowers should last quite some time as just beautiful and roses just starting to open. I plan on drying them. Thank you.
