FlowerShopNetwork.com content also appears on www.FSNf2f.com, a website for Flower Shop Network members. Flower Shop Network also allows its content to be used on the hosted websites it creates for member florists.
Members may use select content for promotional purposes with appropriate credit and linkage.

These terms apply to websites hosted by Flower Shop Network on behalf of florist customers.
Customers are solely responsible for the content published on their websites. This includes:
Customers agree to indemnify Flower Shop Network for claims arising from content they publish or upload.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for all content—whether written, visual, or otherwise—submitted to or displayed on their hosted website. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, videos, and any other media (collectively, “Customer Content”) provided by the customer or submitted at their request.
The customer represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and display the Customer Content, and that such use does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.
The customer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flower Shop Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Flower Shop Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in response to repeated or severe policy violations.
